They do not return emails..

I own several pair of Cassette sunglasses and have overall been happy with the glasses, but my issues stem from trying to contact the company for the warranty process. The first time I had an issue about a year and a half ago, I was unable to reach the company at all; emails weren't returned and the phone number was disconnected. I was finally able to reach someone at own of the owner's other companies in Rexburg. The rep I spoke with assured I would receive a call back but that never happened. It took leaving that other company a review to get an email apologizing for the delay and then setting up the warranty for me. Fast forward to this year when I snapped an arm off of a pair, and it's the same thing. I've emailed and sent pictures over the past several weeks but cannot get a respond from anyone. I haven't resorted to reaching out to the other company yet, but I may have to. It's a shame because as far as internet budget brand glasses go, I've had the most success with Cassette. One other thing to note is I was told by that rep I spoke with that the company was basically out of business, so it wasn't a priority for the owner. I guess he's just still selling old stock until he's out.
