Hi, I haven't left a review yet because I am a little disappointed.
I have sent multiple email and request back about a mishap with my order. When it was first shipped I kept getting tracking saying it had been delivered and I had not received them. I reached out then asking for help tracking my package, but heard nothing back from anyone at your company.
Then after going to my post office, I did find out the true problem, my address had been entered wrong, therefore I still didn't have my package, and I was trying to get a refund but was not able to get in touch with anyone.
It would be much appreciated if someone would possibly reach out to me and help come up with a solution. I did reach out to the neighbors whose house it went to but haven't heard from them if they sent them back or not.
So I have been out money and sunglasses.
